SAHMA is excited to announce that we will host a virtual SAHMA Affordable Housing Conference! Participants will earn 11.5+ CEU hours by attending this conference.

Who Should Attend?  
Owners/Agents (for-profit non-profit) and Management staff of LIHTC, Housing Authority, Rural Housing, HUD subsidized or HUD insured properties in the southeast.

For the health and safety of our members, the SAHMA Board of Directors made the difficult decision to not hold in-person 2021 State Conferences.

  • What state is this conference for?
    This conference is for Owners/Agents (for-profit non-profit) and Management staff from the entire SAHMA region (AL, FL, GA, KY, MS, NC, SC, TN, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands)
     
  • What technical requirements are needed to participate?
    To experience the best virtual conference results, we highly recommend that you take our pre flight check at least one day prior to the event start date. The purpose of this test is to determine if your PC/Mac and your network have all the components required to participate in our virtual event. Please be sure to take the test from the same computer and network (location) that you plan to be on during the days of the event.

     
  • How do I access sessions?
    All sessions will be accessible via Zoom and SAHMA-U Learning Library.  Individual links will be available for each session and only registrants will have access to the links. You must be logged in to your SAHMA web account to access the Virtual Conference.  

     
  • Can I share my registration so multiple people can attend?
    No, each participant must be registered. The online training credentials received are for the registrant's use only and should not be shared with others.

     
  • Will there be in-person State Conferences in 2022?
    Yes, we are planning to hold all in-person state conferences in 2022.
