Description

The primary function of the Resident Service Coordinator is to effectively facilitate services to assist our residents. Essential job functions include:

  • Providing information and referrals
  • Planning educational programs and coordinating volunteer opportunities
  • Providing the residents with both educational information and supportive access to local services and resources that can assist residents in achieving their housing and service needs, goals and objectives
  • Implement core programs such as monthly seminars for residents regarding financial, wellness/health awareness, legal, etc.
  • Collect and record data to measure program outcomes, establish and maintain partnerships with relevant organizations
Requirements
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • Past experience with social services in Lee county or surrounding area
  • Familiarity with case work and providing support to older adults
  • Computer skills required with strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in Social Work or related field
Job Details

Job Type: Full-time, 4 days per week

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
