SAHMA-U e-Learning

SAHMA offers several ways to experience SAHMA-U e-Learning; on-demand webinars through our Learning Library, live instructor led webinars, live instructor led Zoom Classrooms, and the SAHMA Facts & Snacks peer to peer discussions. Explore a variety of topics designed for professionals in multi-family affordable housing. Gain continuing education (CEUs) that can be used for your professional designations. 

A SAHMA username and password is needed to access SAHMA-U training.  If you do not have a web account with SAHMA, you will be directed to create one before you can continue.  Both Members and Non-Members will use these login credentials to register for SAHMA events. This SAHMA web account is free and does not require you to become a member of SAHMA. 

 

  • Learning Library - Our on-demand Learning Library is convenient and affordable training that allows you anywhere, anytime access to valuable information. Click here for a full list.
    Pricing: Just $49 per webinar for Member and Non-Member
    At time of purchase, the webinar will be available in the purchaser's web account and will expire after two (2) days. On-Demand webinars cannot be purchased on behalf of others, please contact the SAHMA office if you need to place an order on behalf of another. On-demand Learning Library webinars are non-refundable.
 
  • Live Webinars - Our live weekly instructor-led webinars offer timely information on a variety of topics. These webinars can be taken from anywhere and provide 1.5 CEUs.  A calendar of training opportunities and registration can be found here.
    Pricing: $99 for Members / $199 for Non-Members
    Each participant must be registered.  Cancellations must be received in writing by end of day 2 business days prior to the event to receive a refund less a $25 fee. After that date, only substitutions may be made. No-shows are responsible for the full registration fee. *Please note: If you are late or do not make the webinar, there are no make-up sessions available.
 
  • Zoom Classrooms - Our live instructor-led virtual training provides a more in-depth training opportunity. These Zoom classrooms can be taken from anywhere and provide 4 CEUs. A calendar of training opportunities and registration can be found here.
    Pricing: $169 for Members / $269 for Non-Members
    Each participant must be registered.  Cancellations must be received in writing by end of day 2 business days prior to the event to receive a refund less a $25 fee. Basic and Advanced HUD Occupancy Online:

These great training opportunities designed by experts in the Multifamily Housing Industry specifically for managers and front line personnel. This Basic course is ideal for newly hired manager or those with no HUD experience as well as those needing a refresher course on the basics and the latest updates. The Advanced Course is designed for experienced affordable housing staff; it is particularly helpful for occupancy specialists and management staff. The Fair Housing Institute:
