North Carolina Based LIHTC/RD Company with 38+ years in operations is seeking a Regional Property Manager to join our growing team. This position will report to the President and will be responsible for procuring occupancy for existing properties and currently under construction properties for new lease-up within the portfolio, providing a high level of resident service, and maintaining the appearance of assigned properties to company standards.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (preferred) HCCP/NCHFA Compliance Training Prior Regional Supervisor experience with LIHTC-based experience Proficient in current Microsoft Office Programs/Yardi/Resman or LIHTC equivalent software and Compliance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required Calm under pressure Real Estate License is not a requirement but preferred.

  • Forge and sustain relationships with key decision-makers and staff to qualify residents with the Compliance Department contracts and secure tenant leases.
  • Spearhead an innovative marketing campaign to maximize portfolio asset performance for existing and new properties under construction.
  • Perform regular property site inspections giving tenants notices when properties are not maintained in accordance with the lease.
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Prepare project-based budgets, analyze and correct budget variances with the Accounting staff Oversee capital improvements per property

  • Experience supervising teams in multiple locations preferred
  • Extensive experience managing and meeting
  • Budget requirements per property
  • Background in Real Estate Asset/Property Management
  • 2+ years of regional manager experience required
  • Solid analytical and negotiating skills
  • Process Development experience Multi-family experience is required
