State Meetings are conferences held annually in each of the states or areas covered in the SAHMA region.  These meetings are great opportunities for up-to-date information and new regulations in the multifamily affordable housing industry.  You and your employees will have the opportunity to share ideas and information with other members of the SAHMA community.  Our State Meetings are geared towards onsite professionals with tracks and sessions for HUD, LIHTC, public housing, service coordinators, maintenance professionals, and professional growth. 

Regional Conference is held annually and moves locations around the SAHMA region.  Our Regional Conference is geared towards owners and mid to senior level executive.
