2021 Leadership Affordable Housing Conference

SAHMA is pleased to announce that the 2021 SAHMA Leadership Affordable Housing Conference will be an in person conference! We invite you to join us and experience "The Magic of Connection" at our 2021 SAHMA Leadership Affordable Housing Conference in Jacksonville, FL! You will experience sessions with great information from many knowledgeable industry experts who will provide a variety of session topics; an opportunity to connect with our vendors who will be showcased during our Trade Show; and nurture relationships within our community through networking and learning. 

Welcome Reception
Monday, August 9th | 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Experience the "Magic of Connection" with fellow attendees & vendors by joining us for the Welcome Reception on Monday for light hors d'oeuvres to network and celebrate our community of Members, Vendors, and Volunteers! 

All registrations will close 10 business days prior to the start of the event. Walk-in registrations will be accepted on-site upon availability with an additional $100 surcharge.

Payment:  Once a registration has been submitted, the registrant is responsible for payment! Registration fees are based on the membership status of your organization at the time of registration. Payments accepted include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Check (SAHMA member benefit).
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing 10 business days prior to the event to recieve a refund less a $100 fee. After that date, only substitutions may be made. NO SHOWS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL REGISTRATION FEE! NOTE: Cancellations due to COVID-19 exposure, illness or no longer being comfortable with the ever-changing COVID protocols will be eligible for an exception to the standard cancellation policy; contact the SAHMA office for more information.
Attire: Business Casual is suggested. The temperature in conference facilities and training rooms is difficult to control.  Please dress accordingly.
Badges: The badges provided are required for entry into conference sessions, trade show and meals.
