Description:
Understanding the essentials of properly maintained files is always important. Join Joseph Henry and Professional Compliance Solutions for an in-depth discussion on application, Occupancy, income and assets, student rules, Leasing, and much more for tax credit. Learn how to stay in compliance with all rules in this training.
This course will offer a 4-hour interactive Zoom meeting training session. Each participant will receive the Zoom meeting credentials and handout(s) via email the day before the course.

Attendees should be prepared with a computer/laptop (webcam & microphone optional, but preferred for best interactive ability), pencils and highlighter for the course.
This class offers 4 hours of continuing education credits
