In this webinar, participants will learn the proper methods of documenting resident files for any type of tenant violations. We will discuss a series of different infractions, the types of documentation needed and the proper language to use when documenting your resident files. You will learn what documentation really makes a difference to a judge if you are ever faced with a court appearance and/or evicting a resident.
