This webinar is a follow-up to "Individuals Living with Dementia in Affordable Housing: What You Need to Know" and will provide additional information via a deeper dive into resources and promising practices that support individuals living with dementia in affordable housing. In addition, we will share a review of dementia basics and information regarding how to put person-centered dementia support practices into place.
