Learn from a subject matter expert about the challenges considered unique to the affordable housing market and the impact adoption of online applications and verifications has had on compliance audit findings, days vacant, and late recertifications. Today Mr. Voss works closely with Yardi's partners and clients to identify ways to help owners and operators of affordable housing provide a better quality of life for low and middle-income families as well as continually increase their service offerings and quality of their facilities. Mr. Voss received his MBA from Georgetown University and his bachelor's degree in Economics from George Washington University in Washington, DC.
