Decsription:
A deep dive into some of the more challenging aspects of HUD Occupancy including how to know your project type and why it matters, why 2-persons per bedroom is not always a “safe harbor”, applying the Section 8 student rule after move-in, the non-citizen rule, tips for investigating and resolving EIV income discrepancies, verifying and calculating allowances, and certification and termination during COVID 19 and beyond.
This course will offer a 4-hour interactive Zoom meeting training session. Each participant will receive the Zoom meeting credentials and handout(s) via email the day before the course.

Attendees should be prepared with a computer/laptop (webcam & microphone optional, but preferred for best interactive ability), pencils and highlighter for the course.
This class offers 4 hours of continuing education credits
