We all have many challenges today in Property Management. Dealing with resident challenges might just be the most difficult one of all. Join Joseph Henry and Professional Compliance Solutions as we determine together the best way to handle the many resident issues that face us. Building relationships is the key to overcoming difficult residents. PCS will take you on a trip into the rabbit hole of difficult resident issues, while learning how to build relationships that work.
