Description:
HUD student rules are different than the Tax Credit Full Time Student Household Rule. If you have a HUD property, it is important to understand the HUD student rules, which will be covered in this webinar. We don't know where HOTMA will be when we do this webinar, but we will touch on some of the changes that may occur with HOTMA.
