USIG inspectors are leading trainers across the country teaching property management professionals on UPCS (Uniform Physical Conditions Standards) for successfully preparing for REAC inspections. Our trainer will review the scoring system, health and safety deficiencies and the top findings in each of the 5 categories that are inspected which include Site, Building Systems, Units, Common Areas and Building Exterior. Each attendee to this add-on course will receive a copy of the manual, complete with photographs, which will make it easy to follow. This event provides 8 hours of Continuing Education Credit. Your certificate will be available in your SAHMA web account after the event is completed.

Payment: Once a registration has been submitted, the registrant is responsible for payment! Registration fees are based on the membership status of your organization at the time of registration.
Cancellations: Must be received in writing 10 business days prior to the start of the event to receive a refund less a $75 fee. After that date, only substitutions may be made, but no refunds are available. NO SHOWS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL REGISTRATION FEE!
Attire: Business Casual is suggested. The temperature in conference facilities and training rooms is difficult to control. Please dress accordingly.
