Description:
Is there really a difference between a service animal and a companion animal? Are they all just "pets"? Join Joseph Henry and Professional Compliance Solutions as we dig deep into this area and the differences in each. This has plenty to do with Fair Housing and Reasonable Accommodations so we must be at the top of our game when dealing with requests. Learn what is reasonable and how to determine for sure whether a request is valid and how to distinguish the difference in service/companion animals.

- Defining service animals, companion animals, and pets, and the differences in each
