Description:
HUD and RD are encouraging, and Owners are increasingly turning to the use of multiple funding programs to acquire and recapitalize affordable housing properties. The course will highlight more than 40 areas of difference among the compliance rules and processes managers encounter when owners mingle project-based Section 8, older HUD programs, Rural Development, HOME, Housing Choice Vouchers, Low Income Housing Credit, Tax-Exempt Bonds, and the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program.

This event provides 6 hours of Continuing Education Credit. Your certificate will be available in your SAHMA web account after the event is completed.

All registrations will close 10 business days prior to the start of the event.
Payment:  Once a registration has been submitted, the registrant is responsible for payment! Registration fees are based on the membership status of your organization at the time of registration.
Cancellations: Must be received in writing 10 business days prior to the start of the event to receive a refund less a $75 fee. After that date, only substitutions may be made, but no refunds are available.  NO SHOWS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL REGISTRATION FEE!
Attire: Business Casual is suggested. The temperature in conference facilities and training rooms is difficult to control.  Please dress accordingly.
Badges: The badges provided are required for entry into meeting sessions, trade show and reception.
