Description:
As a new manager, one of the most challenging tasks is understanding and effectively managing the process of your move in and annual recertifications. During this webinar, we will take time to review the required processes for each of these tasks and explain the steps along the way. You will get real life scenarios and instructions on how to deal with the surprises.

This class offers 1.5 hours of continuing education credits
