One of the most important HUD requirements is to ensure that residents are paying the right rent and HUD is paying the right subsidy. One of the ways we accomplish this is through annual and interim recertification. But it seems like the rules around these certifications are confusing and riddled with exceptions! During this webinar we will review all the rules surrounding timing and notification requirements related to Annual and Interim recertification. You will walk away with a much better understanding of how to practically implement what HUD requires as part of your daily job. This webinar will contain specific changes that impact the processing of Interim and Annuals as they relate to HOTMA implementation.
