Join Joseph Henry and Professional Compliance Solutions as we provide information for all LIHTC properties under the Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. Understanding the details surrounding LIHTC is key! This webinar will cover relevant information about the Tax Credit calculations and how to stay in compliance with the rules. In addition, we will cover income and assets and what you need to understand about each concept and calculations. This webinar is needed whether you are just LIHTC or layered with other programs.
