Description:
Join this interactive conversation to discuss harmonious aversions to unacceptable behavior with empathy and positive responsiveness. Participants will be invited to share past challenging resident situations and have group discussions on diffusing these situations.
*This peer to peer discussion will not be recorded, but there will be a takeaway provided to attendees with any notes from the discussion.
This SAHMA Facts & Snacks peer to peer discussion will be facilitated in Zoom Meetings.
- You will be in the waiting room upon entering the meeting and admitted by the moderator at the start time.
- You will be muted upon entering the meeting and are encouraged to join with video.
- You will be randomly put into small groups to facilitate discussion during the ideas exchange.
- Please be sure your Display name matches the name on your registration.
- Registrants are encouraged to bring their own Snacks! (optional)
