As we approach the date of HOTMA implementation, it is important to understand not only the basics of calculating income on a HUD property, but also to have a clear understanding of the changes that are imminent. This webinar will review both the new regulations and review how those changes will impact the ways that you calculate income for your residents before HOTMA is implemented.
