2024 Leadership Affordable Housing Conference

SAHMA is pleased to announce that the 2024 SAHMA Leadership Affordable Housing Conference will be in Tampa, FL this year! Chart the Seas of Change as you experience sessions with great information from many knowledgeable industry experts who will provide a variety of session topics; an opportunity to connect with our vendors who will be showcased during our Trade Show; and nurture relationships within our community through networking and learning.

Leadership Academy Alumni Meet Up
We invite all of our Leadership Academy alumni to join this year's facilitators, Walter Coffey & David Sprowl, after sessions for a 30 minute meet up for discussion and connection with your peers from all of the SAHMA Leadership Academy cohorts.

All registrations will close 10 business days prior to the start of the event. Walk-in registrations will be accepted on-site upon availability with an additional $100 surcharge.

Payment:  Once a registration has been submitted, the registrant is responsible for payment! Registration fees are based on the membership status of your organization at the time of registration. Payments accepted include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Check (SAHMA member benefit).
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing 10 business days prior to the event to receive a refund less a $150 fee. After that date, only substitutions may be made. NO SHOWS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL REGISTRATION FEE!
Attire: Business Casual is suggested. The temperature in conference facilities and training rooms is difficult to control.  Please dress accordingly.
Badges: The badges provided are required for entry into conference sessions, trade show and meals.
