This course will include HVAC industry changes and basics for maintenance professionals before diving into refrigerant transition 2024 - R-32 & R-454B Overview.
Refrigerant Transition 2024 - R-32 & R-454B Overview
A comprehensive seminar designed to prepare technicians and management teams for the safe handling of low GWP (Global Warming Potential) refrigerants, including flammable and mildly flammable types.
The program covers the EPA Toxicity and Flammability Chart, environmental considerations, proper recovery and charging techniques, best practices, and additional UL requirements for A2L equipment.
This event provides 6 hours of Continuing Education Credit. Your certificate will be available in your SAHMA web account after the event is completed.
Continental breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch are included in the price of this class.
Attendees should bring pencils and a calculator to the course.
