Managing affordable housing is tough, managing affordable housing with layers of subsidy is a daily challenge. During this webinar, we will discuss some of the areas that are most confusing when dealing with blended occupancy including when to do recertifications, how to deal with EIV and income calculations, as well as conflicting rules (like the student rule!).
