The 4350.3 Chapter 5 and Exhibit 5-2 define what is and is not an asset for all affordable housing programs. Methods of verifying assets and calculating income from assets, however, can and sometimes do differ from program to program and from state to state. This webinar takes an in depth look at the various types of assets and assets disposed of for less than fair market value including methods of verifying assets and calculating income from assets for HUD, RD, Tax Credit and HOME. Gig income is covered. Mini-quizzes and case studies are included. Students will need a calculator.
