Get in touch with the buyers you want to reach in the Multifamily Affordable Housing Management industry. The SAHMA Leadership Affordable Housing Conference offers excellent exhibit opportunities. Here’s your chance to generate new sales leads and get referrals; have face to face time with mid to senior level management; assess the competition; enhance relationships with existing customers; and show your support for the Southeastern Affordable Housing Management Association (SAHMA).


Trade Show Booth will include:

  • Option to attend conference breakout sessions
  • Booth space size - 10' wide x 8' deep
  • 4 Booth Reps
  • Covered 6 ft. table
  • 2 chairs
  • Wastebasket
  • Booth Sign

All Vendors will receive:

  • Setup/Dismantle information - 2 weeks prior to event
  • Pre-registration list - 2 weeks prior to event
  • Table/Booth assignments - available on site at event

The conference location, nor SAHMA, maintain insurance covering exhibitors' property.


All registrations will close 10 business days prior to the start of the event.

Terms: Full payment for exhibit space must be made no later than 07/27/2021. If full payment for exhibit space is not received by 07/27/2021, SAHMA shall have the right to consider this agreement terminated and may lease the space to another exhibitor. 
Payment: Once a registration has been submitted, the registrant is responsible for payment! Registration fees are based on the membership status of your organization at the time of registration. Payments accepted include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Check (SAHMA member benefit).

Cancellations:
Must be received in writing 10 business days prior to the start of the event to receive a refund less a $100 fee. After that date, only booth representative substitutions may be made. NO SHOWS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL REGISTRATION FEE! Additional reps and Electricity are non-refundableNOTE: Cancellations due to COVID-19 exposure, illness or no longer being comfortable with the ever-changing COVID protocols will be eligible for an exception to the standard cancellation policy; contact the SAHMA office for more information.
