Description:
For newly hired managers or those with no HUD Multifamily experience as well as those needing a refresher course. This course highlights three key requirements essential to the work of the property manager - eligibility, waiting list and tenant selection, and determining annual income. This training is especially valuable for managers of RAD-converted properties—particularly former Public Housing, since the rules differ from Public Housing. Mini-quizzes and case studies are included to reinforce the learning. Students will need a calculator.

Attendees should be prepared with a computer/laptop (webcam & microphone optional, but preferred for best interactive ability), calculator, pencils and highlighter for the course.
This class offers 4 hours of continuing education credits
