Over the past couple of years HUD's requirements have changed. We'll explore what you need to know and do (or not do) regarding using arrest records for applicants, resident use of marijuana (whether it's legal in your state or not), sex offenders and disparate impact. Learn about best practices for criminal screening and documents such as your Tenant Selection Plan, application and House Rules. We'll review the current do's and don't's and look at what you should do to stay compliant. Bring your questions and "what-ifs"!
