Conflict is a natural part of living and working together. When managed well, it is a powerful force for growth. Often, we perceive conflict as bad and consequently we tend to avoid it. However, it is unresolved conflict that prevents us from moving forward successfully. This webinar will not only introduce you to some techniques of mediating conflict, but it will prepare you for difficult situations and conversations, thus minimizing negative outcomes in our everyday interactions. Because we all find ourselves between others or in challenging situations, this webinar is for anyone working in your organization.
