Staff in all positions in affordable housing should be engaged with residents in a meaningful way. This webinar will illustrate why engagement is so necessary in supporting residents to remain independent. We will also discuss how it addresses issues such as loneliness; one of the most common challenges affecting residents in affordable housing.
