Properties need to make sure that HUD subsidy payments are never stopped. It is necessary to stay in proper compliance with TRACS. Submitting incorrect information to HUD can cost you lots of money and time. The best way to avoid any issues is to understand when submissions are due and stay in compliance so your HAP contract is not interrupted.
