Understanding how to get started with a new lease up to meet credit delivery projections or how to smoothly transition during a property management takeover can be difficult. For a new lease up, a management transition, or an acq/rehab there are many things to consider. This webinar will discuss documents needed to get organized and confirm important information to discuss between compliance, operation teams, and owners. It will also focus on how to troubleshoot for potential issues and ideas for how to realistically accomplish goals when the task seems bigger than the property team can handle! This webinar is a must for those involved with new (or new to you) LIHTC projects.
