Join Joseph Henry and Professional Compliance Solutions as we take a detailed look at the HUD 4350.3 handbook. Whether you are new to HUD or a seasoned veteran, this training is for you. In this session, we will dive head first into eligibility, assistance, occupancy and many more topics such as the waiting list, tenant selection and of course income, assets, and deductions. Knowing the details about establishing household eligibility is a must for this program and Joseph Henry will bring it to you in a way that is fun, and easy to understand. If you are a HUD property whether mixed with other programs, or not, this is one you will not want to miss.

Attendees should be prepared with a computer/laptop (webcam & microphone optional, but preferred for best interactive ability), calculator, pencils and highlighter for the course.  

This class offers 4 hours of continuing education credits
Cancellations: Must be received in writing by end of day 2 business days prior to the event to receive a refund less a $25 fee. After that date, only substitutions may be made. NO SHOWS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL REGISTRATION FEE!
