This webinar will provide an overview of how to organize the tenant files; making your files easy to audit.
Learning Objectives:
- Understanding how to use Form 9834 to follow HUD rules
- Keeping Tenant Files properly maintained and organized with all proper documentation
- What documentation to include from move-in, screening, recertification, and move-out
