Description:
Join Dan Gould with The Inspection Group in this 4 hour virtual training to cover the first-year evaluation of NSPIRE.
Learning Objectives:
- Comparing UPCS to NSPIRE (Pre change info and actual changes)
- Changes in preparation for your next REAC under NSPIRE
- Year 1 NSPIRE results and evaluation
Programs Covered:
- All Programs that are currently subject to an inspection based on REAC standards including, but not limited to
- HUD Funded or Subsidized Multifamily
- Public Housing
- Properties with HUD-insured mortgages
- LIHTC

Attendees should be prepared with a computer/laptop (webcam & microphone optional, but preferred for best interactive ability), calculator, pencils and highlighter for the course.
This class offers 4 hours of continuing education credits
Cancellations: Must be received in writing by end of day 2 business day prior to the event to receive a refund less a $25 fee. After that date, only substitutions may be made. NO SHOWS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL REGISTRATION FEE!
