Managing Bedbug Incidents in Multifamily Housing:
Learn how to use an integrated approach to bedbug incident response. Multiple methods for fighting infestations are discussed in order to augment chemical application, which is not 100% effective when used alone. UPCS and REAC Inspections Training
The UPCS and REAC Inspections Training seminar is designed to convey the basics of the Uniform Physical Conditions Standards (UPCS) as they are applied to both REAC (Real Estate Assessment Center), and LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit), HOME, and USDA, inspections. This course introduces the participant to the entire set of definitions that comprise the UPCS protocol, and illustrates how to interpret these definitions through the use of photos of defects taken during actual inspections. This course is roughly equivalent to our two day live classroom training in scope and content, but can be self-paced in increments over a period of weeks. www.UPCSonline.com/SAHMA
The Multifamily On-Line Training curriculum offered by HUD PIH-REAC can be accessed with the link below. This UPCS Inspection Online Training has been developed specifically for owners, employees and other representatives of Multi-Family Housing properties. This course introduces participants to HUD's Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS) physical inspection protocol and procedures. This course is not for inspector certification.
