SAHMA offers two ways to experience webinars through our on-demand library and our live instructor lead webinars.  Explore a variety of topics designed for professionals in multi-family affordable housing.  Gain continuing education (CEUs) that can be used for your professional designations.

SAHMA CONFERENCES FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING 
SAHMA Affordable Housing Conferences are held annually in the states or areas covered in the SAHMA region. These conferences are great opportunities for up-to-date information and new regulations in the multifamily affordable housing industry. You and your employees will have the opportunity to share ideas and information with other members of the SAHMA community. SAHMA Affordable Housing Conferences are geared towards onsite professionals with tracks and sessions for HUD, LIHTC, public housing, service coordinators, maintenance professionals, and professional growth.

SAHMA Leadership Affordable Housing Conference is held annually and moves locations around the SAHMA region.  Our Leadership Affordable Housing Conference is geared towards owners and mid to senior level executives.  More information on Regional Conference can be found here.

SAHMA and NAHMA are the leading developers of continuing education and comprehensive management courses for affordable housing owners, managers, and on-site staff. Certification programs ensure that quality affordable housing continues to be a part of this country's domestic policy and everyone in our industry should be proud of their contribution to it.
