Director of Compliance

The Director of Compliance ensures all LSA communities meet federal, state, and local housing regulations. This includes LIHTC, HOME, Section 811, HUD-RAD, Project-Based Section 8, Public Housing, Housing Trust Funds, and FHLB Affordable Housing programs. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you’ll lead compliance strategy, audits, and team development.

• 6–8 years multifamily compliance experience, including 3+ years in NC preferred.
• Experience managing a team of 3+ compliance professionals.
• Expertise in LIHTC Section 42, HOME, HUD programs, and state agency requirements.
• HCCP and COS certifications required.
• Strong Excel skills and excellent communication
