NAHMA HUD Update: HUD Issues PIH Notices Providing COVID19 Waiver Summary Chart for PH & HCV Program, Addressing Tenant Concerns & Providing Administrative & Operational Guidance for PH & HCV Programs

Four recently published notices from HUD's Office of Public and Indian Housing, titled PH HCV and Native Programs COVID-19 Waiver Summary Chart; Addressing Tenant Concerns Regarding Rent and the Temporary Suspension of Evictions for Nonpayment of Rent; CARES Act-HCV Program Administration Fees; and Implementation of Supplemental Guidance to the Federal FY2020 Operating Fund Appropriations.

  2.   3. The CARES Act-HCV Program Administration Fees Notice describes the administrative fee portion (totaling $850 million) for Housing Choice Voucher Programs, including the Mainstream Program, as well as HUD's allocation methodology.
