GRRP Elements 3 Extension to March 28
Multifamily Housing Partners,
HUD is extending the deadline for applications for wave 3 of the Green and Resilient Retrofit Program (GRRP) Elements cohort from January 4, 2024 to March 28, 2024. This extension will enable HUD to effectively process the high volume of applications received in recent rounds, helping to accelerate the time between application submission and award for selected applicants. This extension is also detailed on the GRRP website and will also be reflected in a future update to the program's Notice of Funding Opportunity.
Please remember to submit any questions you may have regarding the program and application process to GRRP@HUD.gov and to join us for weekly office hours, every Wednesday from 3:00 – 3:30pm ET by clicking on the link found on our website at HUD.gov/GRRP. Please note that office hours will not be held on December 27, 2023.
