Announcing Updated 2022 Income Limits for Rural Development
Section 538 Guaranteed Rural Rental Housing
Effective immediately, USDA's Office of Multifamily Housing has updated its 2022 Income Limits for the Section 538 Guaranteed Rural Rental Housing Program. Click the link to display the current Income Limits which are 115% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for each County/Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) and household size.
The updated Income Limits are also available on the Multifamily Housing Loan Guarantees website (under the “Overview” tab). Updates will be reflected in HB-1-3565 soon.
