USDA's Multifamily Housing programs assist rural America through loans, loan guarantees, and grants to create affordable housing opportunities for very low-income, individuals and families as well as domestic farm laborers. USDA's Multifamily Housing Team also provides oversight to an existing portfolio of over 400,000 units of affordable housing throughout rural America, ensuring the sustainability of these units for the long term, recapitalizing properties when needed through a variety of preservation program offerings.
USDA Rural Development is seeking to fill 1 Finance and Loan Analyst (Housing) GS1101-12, to be located TBD (Remote position).
