NAHMA Rural Housing Update: USDA releases guidance on implementing revitalization relief plans for approved MPR deferral transactions
Recently, USDA-Rural Development released an Unnumbered Letter (UL) on the implementation of relief efforts for borrowers with accepted Conditional Commitments that have debt deferral as a financing tool under the Multifamily Preservation and Revitalization (MPR) Demonstration program for Sections 514, 515, and 516.
