HUD and the Dept. of Health and Human Services encourage the partnership between HUD-assisted housing owners/public housing authorities (PHAs) and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) to provide COVID-19 tests for HUD-assisted residents as one of several ways to serve residents.
There is currently high demand for COVID-19 test kits. We encourage property owners and PHAs to reach out to their FQHCs as conditions vary locally.
