RD Publishes Management Fees for FY 2022
USDA's Office of Rural Development recently published Procedural Notice 553 announcing final management fees for FY 2022. Each state's management fee adjustment can be found on pages 54-55 (attachment 3-F, Chapter 3 of HB-2-3560) in Chapter 3 of the Asset Management Guidebook. For FY 2022, the base fee will increase by $2.00, and the add-on fees will be $5.00 per unit per month.To view theProcedural Notice 553, click here.
