NAHMA and Industry Associations Release Join Statement Opposing the New Eviction Moratorium
The CDC issued a new eviction moratorium order on August 3rd, through October 3rd, 2021. In response to the action taken by CDC yesterday, NAHMA and a broad real estate industry coalition released a joint statement opposing the new federal CDC eviction moratorium and urged the Administration to work with Congress, states, and localities to help with disbursing critical rental relief.To view the attached Real Estate Industry Press Release, click here.
