HUD Publishes New Lead-Based Paint Regulations Landing Page on the HUD Exchange
Today, HUD's Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes (OLHCHH) announced the launch of the new Lead-Based Paint landing page. Lead-based paint regulations apply to many activities that receive HUD or other federal assistance, and members can learn which lead rules apply to their specific program or project. The new page features resources, training, and news on federal lead-based paint rules, including:• Lead Disclosure Rule
• Lead Safe Housing Rule
• EPA's Renovation, Repair, and Painting Rule
New resources will be added to the Lead-Based Paint landing page and members can still visit the HUD Exchange for additional resources, updates and assistance.
