HUD's Office of Multifamily Housing recently released an updated COVID-19 Questions and Answers Guidance (last updated on May 21). A significant portion of the questions on resident health, tenant income, MORs, asset management and policy and operations have been updated with new guidance. This includes updates to questions on financial audits, tenant income recertification, including guidance on interim and annual recertification, financial audits, and physical site inspections including property reviews and inspections.The updated Multi-family Housing COVID-19 Question & Answers Guidance are attached and can be found here.
