HUD's Office of Multifamily Housing released an updated COVID-19 Questions and Answers Guidance.
HUD's Office of Multifamily Housing released an updated COVID-19 Questions and Answers Guidance (last updated on April 14). A significant portion of the questions on the CARES Act and Additional Resources Available as well as on Asset Management have been updated with new guidance. This includes updates to questions on Financing Requirements, Implementation of Forbearance Under the Cares Act and Moratorium on Evictions under the Cares Act.
