HUD's Office of Multifamily Housing released an updated COVID-19 Questions and Answers Guidance.

HUD's Office of Multifamily Housing released an updated COVID-19 Questions and Answers Guidance.  A significant portion of the questions on Asset Management, Multi-family Productions, Rental Assistance Demonstration and Property Reviews have been updated with new guidance. 
 
On page 7 - review the revised and updated guidance on annual recertification and interim certification, including the Use of Tenant Self-Certifications, Signatures, Documentation for Certifications, and TRACS.
